GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. ORGANISER: Primrose International (Usar Services Limited)
b.BUYER : He who makes a reservation or buys a product.
c. INTERMEDIARY: He who takes care of organising the package on behalf of the organiser not professionally or for no profit .
2. BUYER INFORMATION
a. Before starting to organize a program for a a trip or a package, the organizer and the intermediary will provide the buyer with all the necessary information for the correct execution of it, information such as schedule, adresses, appointements, programs to follow or whatever else seems opportune.
b. Before shipping any product the organiser or the intermediary will provide the necessary information concerning the delivery before the consignment of the product.
a.The payments should be made according to the internal rules of the organiser,partial payments such as deposits or total payments must be made via overseas bank credit transfers, western union transfers or payments via electronic circuit at the moment of the signing of the booking form as well as accepting by ticking the box the terms and conditions of the oraganiser.
b. All payments must be made in accordance with the local currency.
c. Failing to pay for a product, a service or a program in accordance to the organizer's rules ,results or in the delay or the cacellation of the shipment or in the delay or the cancellation of the implementation of a service or a package .
a. The price of a product or a service is written under each product or service.
b.Some products or services can be charged extra and are added commission fees and management costs not necessarily shown in preview but communicated to the buyer in sufficient time to cancel the order.
c.Failing to pay for a product, a service or a program in accordance to the organizer's rules ,results or in the delay or the cacellation of the shipment or in the delay or the cancellation of the implementation of a service or a package .
d. Prices are composed by:
- total cost of the product or service
- cost of added services or products and/or accessories
- registration fees and agency fees
5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A SERVICE, A PROGRAMME OR A PRODUCT
a. If the organiser finds it necessary to modify or cancel entirely or partially a service, a programme or the shipment of a product , he will communicate it immediately via e-mail or in any other written form to the buyer.
b. The buyer can then decide wether to accept such a modification or refuse it partially or entirely.
c. If the buyer refuses the modification then the buyer can ask for the total refund of the sum previously deposited or a change of programme equivalent to the deposited sum.
6. BUYER'S TERMINATION
a.If the buyer intends to terminate a programme, a product or an already payed service ,they must respect the following conditions:
- 25% up till 30 working days (excluding saturdays and sundays) before departure
- 50% from 29 to 21 working days (excluding saturdays and sundays) before departure
- 75% from 20 to 08 working days (excluding saturdays and sundays) before departure
- NO REFUNDS AFTER THOSE TERMS
b. If the buyer decides to terminate a programme or a service ,then the organiser can decide if to keep the programme in stand by and offer the buyer an expiry day until which the buyer has the possibility to take up again the offer and after which the buyer can no longer benefit from the offer and will be offered no refunds.
7. MODIFICATIONS AFTER DEPARTURE
a. After the departure, if there are problems, caused by reasons of force majeure or because the organiser caused them, then the organiser provide to the solution of these problems without further payments required by the buyer or in any case only with the buyer's permission.
b. after the departure, if the buyer asks for a change of programme or for further services or modifications of the same services or/and programmes, then the buyer must accept the variation of the prices compatible with the new type of services required and offered.
8. BUYER'S SUBSTITUTION
a.The buyer can substitute themselves with another buyer.
b. The organiser must be informed of this necessity minimum 2 weeks before the day of departure or the implementation of the service.
c. Both the original buyer and his substitute are responsible of the possible added costs necessary to implement the substitution.
d.The services required by the original buyer can be then transmitted to the substitute if the substitute agrees to the necessary requirements for the substitution.
9. THE BUYER'S OBBLIGATIONS
a.The buyer must give the organiser all the necessary data and must comply with any request ,within the limits of the law, made by the organiser or the intermediary in order to successfully conduct the service or programme.
b. The buyer must comply with the organiser's requirements to adhere to one or more programmes , buy one or more services or products.
c.The buyer must mandatorily be part of the European Union and be a model citizen.
d. The buyer who is not part of the European Union and has the intention of buying a service, a programme or a product must submit to the legislations in force of the state he is a citizen of.
e. The buyer must inform the organiser if there are any important matters regarding the state of health or any other aspect regarding this context he should know of.
f. The buyer must inform the organiser for any further requests and must make the necessary arrangements for these to be satisfied.
g. If the requests made by the buyer can't be satisfied for a valid reason, the buyer has no right to complain.
a. All complaints must be delivered in written form to 106-108 High Street N8 7NT London.
b. The response to the complaint is delivered in written form to the adress given by the one who issued the complain.
a. Refunds are transferred directly, according to article 6, in the buyer's bank account.
b.The bank account must be held by the buyer or under proxy by their appointee.
c.Time-periods for refunds can vary and are scheduled individually.In any case the time-periods never exceed the three months following the initial refund date.
